Shipping Policies
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
Peptides are sensitive to temperature. During extreme weather conditions:
- We may include cold packs at no additional charge
- We recommend selecting faster shipping options during summer months
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery for lost packages
- Take photos of any damage before opening the package
- We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund
- Signature confirmation is available upon request for high-value orders
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes after an order has shipped may incur additional fees.
